Often times I get asked the question, "How does a part work, and how do I know it works?" I thoroughly test all aspects of the vehicle before I break it down. I also inspect each part upon removal and bench test it. I review service records on the vehicle. Although I do a much more thorough check of the parts off camera, this area of the website is intended to give potential buyers a glimpse into how certain components work on the vehicle before I remove them. It is important to understand that original parts from a vehicle are the highest quality you can obtain. The design of the original part is rarely surpassed and has the strictest manufacturing standards. This insures the best fit and longest life.
